A breakdown usually means standing on the side of the road looking up a tow company you’ve never heard of, then getting dropped at a shop that has never heard of you either. We do both ends.

Cross streets, a business you can see, a mile marker, or a dropped pin. “On the highway” costs everybody twenty minutes.
What the car is and what it did
Year, make, and model, and what happened right before it stopped. A bang, a light, steam, or nothing at all. It changes what we bring.
Does it roll, steer, and brake
A car that rolls freely loads differently from one that’s seized, locked in park, or sitting on a flat. Say so if a wheel won’t turn.
Keys, access, and where it’s going
Do you have keys, is anyone waiting with the car, is it in a garage or behind a gate, and do you want it brought to us or somewhere else.
Look after yourself before the car. Get well clear of traffic and put the hazards on. If you’re in a live lane or in any danger, call 911 first, then send us the request. We can recover a car from wherever it ends up.

How fast can you get to me?
It depends where you are and what’s already out. We will tell you how long it will be when we answer.
What does a tow cost?
Distance and difficulty decide it. A car that rolls out of a flat driveway is not the same job as one seized in a garage. You’ll have the number before we roll.
Do I have to have it repaired by you?
No. Tell us where you want it and that’s where it goes. Your house, your own mechanic, a body shop. Most people bring it here because it keeps the tow and the repair in one place.
Can you move a car that hasn’t run in years?
Yes. Cars people inherited, projects, something sitting behind the house since a move. Tell us how it’s parked, whether the wheels turn, and whether there are keys.
I bought a car out of town and it can’t drive home.
Send us where it is and where it needs to be. Give us as much notice as you can.
What are your hours for this?
Monday to Saturday, 10 to 7. If you need something outside those hours, say what and when in your message and we’ll tell you whether we can cover it.
