How it goes
01 Send us the year, make, model, mileage, and what is wrong with it. Be honest about the last part — it does not scare us and it saves everyone a trip.
02 We come back with a range, usually the same day.
03 Bring it in so we can put eyes on it. That is when the range becomes a number.
04 Take the money, or put it toward your next car. Either is fine.

Running or not. High miles, salvage title, needs a transmission, has been sitting in a driveway for two years — tell us and we will still look at it. The number changes, the willingness does not.
If you still owe on it, we can handle the payoff and work out the difference either way.
