The site is information only

Descriptions of services here are general. Nothing on this site is a quote, a binding price, a guarantee of availability, or a contract. Scope, price and timing are agreed with you directly for each job. That agreement governs the work.

Estimates and approvals

Repairs are diagnosed before they are priced, and no work begins without your approval. If further faults are found during a job, the work stops and we come back to you. Any figure discussed before diagnosis is a rough indication and not a commitment.

Vehicles

Vehicle availability, condition, price and terms change constantly and are confirmed in writing at the point of sale. Every vehicle we sell goes through our 16-point inspection, and anything it reveals is either put right or disclosed to you before you decide. An inspection is an assessment of a used vehicle at a point in time. It is not a warranty and it cannot predict every future failure. Warranty, as-is status and any coverage are set out in your sale documents.

Insurance

Expert Auto Exchange LLC is not an insurance carrier, agency or licensed producer. We do not sell, quote or bind coverage and we receive no commission on any policy. Anything on this site about insurance is general education. Coverage decisions are yours, made with a licensed agent and your insurer.

Credit

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee any credit score, approval, or outcome; we do not promise the removal of accurate information; and we do not dispute accurate items. You are entitled to obtain your credit reports and dispute errors yourself at no cost. Any fee-based credit engagement is agreed in writing with you before work begins.

Consulting

Dealership start-up consulting is business guidance drawn from direct experience operating dealerships in Ohio. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulatory advice, and it is not a guarantee of licensure, approval or profitability. Verify licensing requirements with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and take structural, tax and legal questions to a qualified professional.

Towing

Availability and response times depend on distance, conditions and what is already in progress. Nothing here is a promise of a particular arrival time. If you are in danger, contact emergency services first.

Your safety comes first

Nothing on this site should be taken as a reason to stay with a vehicle in an unsafe position, attempt a repair you are not equipped for, or continue driving a car you believe to be dangerous.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, but it may contain errors or become out of date. If something here conflicts with what you have been told directly or with a document you have signed, the document governs. Tell us so we can fix the page.
