This page explains what expertautoexchange.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Paperwork you sign in person is governed by those documents.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Your name, phone number and/or email address, the service you selected, vehicle details, and your message. There are no hidden fields.
• Basic technical information that any web server records when a page is requested: IP address, the page requested, and the time. This is used to keep the site up, stop abuse, and rate-limit form spam.

What we don’t collect

• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cross-site pixels, no data brokers.
• No cookies for tracking. The only cookie this site may set is a private preview cookie used before public launch, which contains no personal information.
• We never ask for a Social Security number, bank or card details, or account numbers through this website, and you should never send them here.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer you. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to a private inbox on our own server and read by Expert Auto Exchange LLC. If answering you requires involving someone else — for instance a licensed insurance agent — we will ask you first.

Third parties on this page

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. That is the only third-party request this site makes. If you would prefer we self-host the fonts and remove it entirely, say so.

How long it’s kept

Messages are kept while the job or the conversation is open, then archived or deleted. Server logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what you’ve sent and we will, unless we are required to keep it for a transaction or by law. Ask us what we hold about you and we’ll tell you. Email Canejackpolo@gmail.com and put “privacy” in the subject line.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form data is stored on a private server. No website is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive identifiers through it. If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your information, we would tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here. Material changes will be described.
