Expert Auto Exchange LLC is the Cleveland side of what Cane Jackson has built. Exodus Auto Exchange LLC in Canton is where people come to buy a car. Cleveland is where everything else that comes with owning one gets handled.
The name
Where the name
came from.
Cane opened his second location under a different name and then changed it. By that point he had run a small location, outgrown it, built a bigger one, and learned this business from the inside. He figured he was an expert at it by then, so that is what he called the company.
That is a lot to put on a sign. A name like that gets tested by everybody who walks in.
What it means day to day is simple enough. We find the problem before we price it. You hear the cost before the work. We say when a repair isn’t worth doing, even though that loses us the work. And a $4,000 car gets the same treatment as a $40,000 one.

Cane brought a matchbox car in to show the class and never looked back.
A smaller location in Canton
His first spot was modest. It taught him how quickly one bad car eats a small operation, and how fast word gets around a city.

The chance to do it at a bigger level, with room to carry real inventory. “From Bentleys to beaters, we sell it all” is his line about Canton.
Expert Auto Exchange LLC, Cleveland
A second location, and a different idea. Instead of another sales floor, Cleveland handles auto repair, towing, car rentals, insurance help, and the credit problems that decide whether somebody gets a car at all.
