Service 01
Auto repair,
no guessing.
Two things go wrong at plenty of shops. You get quoted before anyone has looked, and you find out the price after the work is done. We find the problem first, we tell you what it costs, and nothing gets touched until you say go.
What we handle
Most of what
goes wrong.
We work on most domestic and import makes. When a job needs dealer-only tooling or programming, we’ll say so and point you the right way.
How a repair goes
We look first.
Tell us what it’s doing
“It grinds when I brake.” “It shakes over fifty.” “It smells hot after ten minutes.”
We find the actual fault
Scanned, driven, and put up on the lift. Whatever the problem calls for. A code points us in a direction. Replacing whatever the code names is how people end up paying twice.
You get the number before the work
What’s wrong, what it takes to fix it, what it costs, and what can safely wait until next month. If something else turns up while we’re in there, the work stops and we call you.
You hear what we found
What failed, why it failed, whether it’s likely to come back, and what to watch. If you want the old parts, ask and they’re yours.
Sometimes a repair isn’t worth it. When the fix costs more than the car is worth, a shop with nothing else to offer will do the work anyway. We’ll tell you. Because we sell and source cars too, we can help you find the next one.
Common questions
Do I need to know what’s wrong before I get in touch?
No. Working that out is the job. Tell us what the car is doing, when it started, and whether it’s getting worse.
Will I be charged for the diagnosis?
Diagnostic time is quoted up front like anything else.
Can you look at a car I haven’t bought yet?
Yes. Bring us a car you’re thinking about, from a private seller or another dealer, and we’ll tell you what you’d be buying. We have no stake in that car.
Somebody else quoted me. Will you look at their estimate?
Bring it in. We’ll tell you when the other shop has it right.
What if you can’t do the job?
Then we say so. Heavy collision work and some manufacturer-locked programming belong somewhere else. We’ll point you to the right place.
My car can’t make it to you.
That’s what towing is for. We’ll come get it and bring it straight in.
Book it in
Tell us what
it’s doing.
The more you give us, the more useful the first answer is. Noise, smell, warning light, when it happens, and whether it’s getting worse all help.
Repair request
We read every one of these ourselves.
