The credit talk
nobody sits
down and has
with you.
Most people who get turned down for a car never find out what’s on their report. They get a run of dealers who ran it, said they’d call, and didn’t. We start by reading it with you.
First things first
What most credit
companies
won’t tell you.
Nobody can lawfully remove accurate, current information from your credit report. Not us, not a law firm, not a company charging you $99 a month. If someone promises to delete things that happened, they are either lying to you or planning to dispute accurate items in your name. We won’t do either.
Here is what can change. Errors get corrected. Old items drop off on a schedule. Balances come down. New on-time payments stack up. It takes longer than the ads say.
Your score is not the only thing an auto lender looks at. Plenty of people who expect to be turned down get approved on income, time on the job, and a sensible amount down. Other people with a decent score get declined and never find out why.
What we do
Read it, fix what’s
wrong, build
the rest.
We go through the report with you
Line by line. Most people have never had somebody sit down and say what each entry means, when it comes off, and what it is costing them.
We separate errors from history
Accounts that aren’t yours. Balances you already paid. Duplicates from a debt that got sold twice. Dates that restart a clock they shouldn’t. Those are worth disputing. You can do it yourself for free. We’ll show you how to write it so it doesn’t get thrown out.
We explain what a lender weighs
Income and how you can prove it. Time at your job and your address. Money down. How recent the damage is, because a late payment from four years ago is a different conversation from one from last month. What your current debt does to the payment you can carry.
We tell you when to apply, and when to wait
Applying at six dealerships in a week and collecting six declines helps nobody. Sometimes the right answer is to wait ninety days, do three specific things, and walk in from a different position.
The goal is a car you can keep paying for. Putting somebody into a payment they can’t keep up just means the car gets taken back a few months later.
Common questions
Can you guarantee my score will go up?
No. Anybody who does is promising something they can’t deliver. What we can do is make sure what’s on the report is accurate, that you understand it, and that the things you can control are done in the right order.
Can I do all this myself?
Yes. You’re entitled to your reports at no cost from the official source and you can dispute errors yourself for free. What people usually want help with is understanding what they’re looking at and knowing which moves matter for a car loan.
Will this hurt my credit?
Looking at your own report doesn’t. Applications do, so we look before anybody runs anything.
How long does it take?
Disputes run on a clock set by law, usually about a month. Building credit back up takes months.
Do I have to buy a car from you?
No. Some people come through this and buy from us, some buy somewhere else, and some fix a problem and don’t buy anything for a year.
Is my information safe?
Don’t send anything sensitive through the form on this page. No Social Security number, no account numbers, no copies of your report. Say you’d like to talk about credit and we’ll set up a secure way to go through it.

You don’t have to explain how it got this way. Tell us roughly what you’re trying to do, whether that’s getting into a car, stopping the declines, or just understanding a report you’ve never opened.
